Q: How much is shipping to my state/country?
A: Shipping is as quoted on the auction (in green). Either UK local post or airmail to anywhere in the world - depending on where you are and/or where the beads are located. Most of the beads on MrBead-uk are in the UK, but some are in Hong Kong.
Q: I'm in America, can't I pay in US dollars?
A: It's best if you bid on our eBay US listings under seller betterbead - click her. But you are free to bid on MrBead and convert pounds to dollars.
Q: Can you combine shipping on multiple wins?
A: Sure!
Click the ClickOut link on any of your winner letters and it should calculate
this automatically. (We add the most expensive shipping + usually just 50
to 200 pence
each extra win.)
Q: Some
auctions I’m bidding on haven’t closed yet – can I still combine shipping?
A: No problem! Wait until all closed and mail the numbers to the below address. We’ll get back with your total. (The ClickOut can only add wins that have closed within a short time.)
Q: Where do I send my check to?
A: All mailing address are on your winner letter and the bottom of this letter. (Paypal, US & UK checks, money orders & postal orders, Western Union, Visa or MasterCard welcome.
Q: Can I combine wins with your other eBay handles?
A: Sure! Just e-mail the below address all the numbers when closed, and we'll get back with your combined total.
Q: Some of my wins are in different currencies, is this a problem?
A: On mixed currency or mixed handle wins, the ClickOut can’t add. E-mail all auction numbers to the below address, and we’ll reply with combined total.
Q: I paid you a few weeks ago, where is my win?
A:
We mail within a few days of receiving payment and it takes about 12 days to
reach you. However, because of occasional delays by customs or the post office,
we can’t write off lost until after 30 days. If this is the case, mail payment
details to the below address.

Are your stones dyed?
A: Most of our stone is natural
color, except many of the jade and all the red coral. As usual these days,
these may be dyed – but the color is fixed and does not come off.
Q: How many beads are in a strand?
A: Most strands are 16-inches long = 400mm. So just divide this by the bead diameter. eg: 40 x 10mm beads to a strand.
